The head of our talented bar team was recently crowned the 2009 AHA National Bartender of the Year. The Cruise Cocktail Classes were designed by our award winning bartender to be an entertaining and informative get together. Over a two hour period a highly skilled professional will introduce you to the history, style and influences of cocktail culture. The journey will take you from infamous classics such as the martini & the margarita to the chic cocktail style of stick drinks. Learn the tricks of the trade and impress your friends with your cocktail-making prowess! Mix up your favourites at your next dinner party or BBQ, with the skills and knowledge of an award winning cocktail professional. Bookings essential! Gift Vouchers available Group Bookings Our cocktail courses are a great option for corporate team building or networking events, and fantastic for private groups to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays or hens parties in a unique way. Group classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. Cocktail courses for groups of 15 people or less will run for 2 hours and are priced at $70pp. Large groups of 15-30 people are split into two x 1 hour groups at $40pp. All of our cocktail courses include 3 light canapés. Open Mix Classes Looking for a gift with a difference or keen to learn the tricks of the trade yourself? Once a month Cruise runs an open mix class for individuals and small group bookings. Small groups will be combined to a maximum of 15 people per course. The Open Mix Class runs over 2 hours from 4pm-6pm on the first Saturday of each month. Cocktail Course and Dinner Package Cruise also offers a special Cocktail Course & Dinner package for$130pp. With all the inclusions of the cocktail course, plus a delightful 3 course set menu, this is a fantastic option and popular gift idea. When booking the cocktail class & dinner packages, the cocktail course runs from 4-6pm, followed immediately by dinner at Cruise Restaurant. |
