The head of our talented bar team was the 2009 AHA National Bartender of the Year.

The Cruise Cocktail Classes were designed to be an entertaining and informative get together. Over a two hour period a highly skilled professional will introduce you to the history, style and influences of cocktail culture. The journey will take you from infamous classics such as the martini & the margarita to the chic cocktail style of stick drinks.

Learn the tricks of the trade and impress your friends with your cocktail-making prowess! Mix up your favourites at home with the skills and knowledge of an award winning cocktail professional.

Known simply as the "Pianoman" Scot Finnie is Australia's favourite. During his decade-long residency at the Stamford Plaza Double Bay, the Pianoman entertained a myriad of international stars such as John Travolta, Keanu Reeves, Kylie, Silverchair, The Eagles and President Clinton to name a few.

Every Friday and Saturday night, Pianoman performs live on the baby grand in the Level 2 Lounge overlooking Sydney's famous Harbour.

Bringing the glamour, romance and mischief of the Rat Pack's smooth crooner style to the Piano Lounge at the heart of Sydney Harbour. Indulge and enjoy.

Saturdays - Manhattan Mix

Shakin & Stirred from 9pm

Cocktails, candlelight and the sophisticated lounge sounds we like to call a "New York Cocktail Mix" with a twist of motown soul, garnished by modern pop classics.

Pianoman Scot Finnie and special guest Mr Johnny Hill will be shakin' and stirrin' Saturdays nights in the Piano Lounge from 9pm every week.
