• Frequently Asked Questions

  Q: What time can we arrive?
  A: Doors open at 6pm. However, we advise to arrive at least 1-hour prior to get ahead of crowds; authorities are subject to close gates for crowd control. Areas are generally shut between 8pm and 2am and it may be difficult to get through.

  Q: Will there be a ship in port?
  A: No, there will not be a ship in port on this date.

  Q: Are minors welcome?
  A: Unfortunately, our NYE events are strictly 18+; per our licensing agreement.

  Q: Will there be seating?
  A: There will be limited chairs & tables across all levels and it is a case of “first in best dressed”. Please note, no tables can be reserved.

  Q: Dress code?
  A: Smart casual; no thongs or singlets.

  Q: Can we go outside the venue to view the fireworks and then come back inside?
  A: Yes, you’re welcome to step outside to view the fireworks; drinks are not permitted outside the venue.

  Q: Do you take card payments?
  A: We encourage people to bring cash, as opposed to card payments. Networks tend to drop out, due to large crowds in the area and cash payments are much more efficient.
