Award-winning Chef Han Chen brings produce-driven Mexican dishes to life, bursting with bold, modern flavour, designed to be shared, savoured and enjoyed together.
The cocktails designed by Seine Cheung are just as considered, with a Don Julio tequila-based list at its heart, featuring elevated serves and signature mixes made for long lunches, sunset sessions and late nights. For those feeling boujee, every cocktail can be upgraded to premium Don Julio 1942.
For something truly indulgent, there’s our gold trolley service, featuring a special edition 50ml bottle of Don Julio 1942 paired with a caviar bump.
